No Returns Once the Cake Leaves Our Store

Once your cake has been collected and has left our premises, we are unable to accept it back under any circumstances.
This is due to strict food safety regulations and brand integrity guidelines.

Why this policy exists:

Our name and branding remain on the cake after pickup. Once it leaves our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee how it has been stored or handled.
If any additions, decorations, or alterations are made to the cake after collection, we cannot take responsibility for the product's condition or safety.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot resell, reuse, or re-handle a cake that has been outside our safe food environment.

Therefore:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds can be accepted once the cake has left the store, even if it is brought back.
